Cyclical Count/Stock Audit:

1. Carry out cyclical counts at Clients premises and Third Party storage locations

Companies often rely on existing staff members from internal departments to carry out their Inventory Counts and Investigations. This can often result in departments and staff being placed under increased pressure as they try to cope with extra workload and responsibility. It can also lead to inaccuracies as the staff carrying out the count often come from different departments and sometimes don't have the necessary experience to carry out this work. Material Control Services

Consolidation Services:

1. Carry out project stock-check, labelling and consolidation to "Rig Ready" status
2. Control and coordination of materials to and from location

Companies often plan the procurement of project materials, including long lead and "off the shelf" items. As standard these projects should always be subject to a final check and consolidation of all materials in advance of shipment to ensure their "Rig Ready" status. However if these checks are neglected due to workload prioritisation or lack of staff, this inevitably will lead to materials being shipped offshore with outstanding discrepancies which in turn results in spiralling costs due to downtime and additional logistical expenses.
